The hat, a new alternative to wigs and scarves, according to healthcare professionals.

According to a study conducted at the Bordet Institute by nurses specializing in aesthetic care in January 2021, it was found that out of 600 patients suffering from alopecia due to cancer or serious illness, 200 of them wished to find an alternative to traditional solutions such as wigs or cancer caps.

Hat designer Fabienne Delvigne, wishing to contribute more deeply to the well-being of women going through a difficult period in their lives, launched a new collection called “Caring Hat.”

The Caring Hat helps patients better cope with the illness and accept the side effects of treatment. It allows them to maintain a positive self-image in front of their loved ones and in their professional environment.
